Texas Young Lawyers
"Pro Se Divorce Handbook - Representing Yourself in Family Court"
(approximately 30 pages)

My fee to mediate:

$100 per person per hour so...

4 hours - $400 per party

6 hours - $600 per party

8 hours - $800 per party

10 hours - $1,000 per party

12 hours - $1,200 per party

I tend to go 4 hours. If it appears that we are making progress, I will go longer. I do not like to go over 6 hours due to fatigue. I prefer when possible to take a break and come back in a week or so to complete the negotiation. However, sometimes time is of the essence and everyone agrees to go until everything is signed.

I have moved from Houston, Texas to Marble Falls, Texas in the Texas Hill Country.

Here is my information:

I now only mediate. I no longer accept new clients. I no longer go to court.

If you live in Texas, I will give you a 10 minute free phone consultation. You must leave a voice mail message if you call and I don't pick up the phone. I do NOT return calls with no voice mail message due to scammers.

Please do NOT text my phone number.
